The states are in constant conflict with each other and with the UN. The UN is trying to establish a new order, but it is not clear how long this will take, and how the world will look after the UN is gone.

The main focus of the game is the Pacific Ocean. The game starts in the middle of the ocean, and your task is to build a naval fleet in order to dominate the area. Your fleet will consist of warships and submarines. The game will be played in real-time.
